He finished his round, he was my tech ally. He teched in the final 2-3 hours before cancelling the pact so he was definitely active.

JJ23 - its not against the rules to accuse someone of cheating, especially if that person has been caught cheating multiple times in the past. Whether the mods like you or not, they will not ban Pain when he's done nothing wrong.

Pain has continued, so I hope that you are backing up your threat, and are embarrassing yourself by asking the mods to ban Pain. I would be disappointed if it turns out that you made an empty threat.
