I am right in the middle of the oil patch and we are now pumping out 4 million barrels a day here alone not including the North slope of Alaska. They are putting it on oil tankers and selling it to Europe NOW. The reason gas prices never go down much is that it cuts in the tax money each state collects. And by the way in case you have not been watching they sold 1.7 billion gallons of gasoline in California in December and they get 48 cents tax on each gallon. tHIS FOR ONE MONTH TAX Receipts for gas was > 816 million dollars> one month mind you>

What is the utility in holding oil at 500+ atm? Anyone doing that is fluffing dreaming. No one is oil destocking when oil is that price, and basically no one is grabbing with 9 days left/wars are long over. That oil SO is going to fall, fall, fall. I'd drop ALL of it on the SO and pray it sells if I was the person holding it unless I was doing an oil destock of my own. But I'm sure you play the markets better than me so do whatever ^^

back to 250 but will it stay there or jump higher is different question.
