you see there Norm, we are not talking about any ol' horses. we are talking about Belgian horses. you see, July is the rainy season in Belguim. So they would have to lead the horses to the dikes and have them drink the water. and if each horse did't drink 4.3 gallons of water every day, the water would overflow the dikes and the entire country would flood.
