Replacement fan for HD 7450 Graphics card, tried the usual and a few Electronics sites I use but only the whole card. Found manufacturer location in Canada and emailed where to buy. Looking for just replacement fan, have replaced once before.

Tried a new GT730 but won't get past splash screen so trying to get fan for old unit that still allows desktop to boot but with no fan so heats up and shuts down.

did you try to goto safe mode with that gt730? geforce can't work with ati's driver so 1st needs to uninstall ati's thingies.

doesn't your mobo have intel integrated display adapter?

escape and F10 not working at splash screen so cant get to safe mode with GT 730 installed.

With old card with no fan I can fire it up but not sure how much time I have before it shuts down.........that's why I'm trying to get a replacement fan so I have time

Its an older computer but this is a desktop for work related needs and I don't play any games beyond a few online flash games.

if you have a vacuum cable tie it somewhere close to your vid card heat sink using just keep it far away enough from everything it doesn't drag static across the boards. While doing that you can do the setup for the new card but make sure you have 2 slots so you can do it with current card in play.

Picked up and only charged $15 to not fix it...

They claimed new card wouldn't work with my Motherboard per internet search

People that make & sell fan unit wouldn't respond to emails
Ordered new card......paid too much for an older graphics card but still works with card with non-functioning fan

if you only use the computer for flash work and games like EE then get a refurbed win7 comp it will be dual or quad core with a 512mb to 1gb vid card and run 2.8-3.4ghz per core and probably have a 500gb hard drive and all for under 100$

cheaper if has integrated gpu and depends where buys.
