As far as I can tell, all the bots broke down, they stopped doing things at around 0300 Gametime, September 30th. They have ceased all market activities, selling and buying. Since that time, pretty much all the bots have only had NW changes of decreasing amounts (stuff they had on market selling).

This will mess up a lot of people's destocking strategies, crippled the Tech market, and removed the military market.
