Not really. Clearing blocks is necessary to facilitate proper transfers. 49$ bill isn't really that much when you're dealing with much larger transfer amounts. It's what? A day's stocking? To be able to transfer money or to raise food prices? Worth it, realistically. 49$ bill is peanuts to what I spent last set clearing the market. You might think it's stupid but I had a good finish and you did not.
