i remember medical decreasing losses on attacking but this thing only mentions defending. what's what today?

yea it used to decrease losses on attacks and defs but in ee it's defs only (unless it's been changed w/o text change).

anybody know? can we get a confirmation from a game developer that the description is accurate and not an oversight?
