i think it keeps it fair... by changing it you only help the larger countries take advantge of the small ones...

pain in the arse at times, but does keep things pretty fair IMHO.

so make it a sliding scale the farther you go down the scores the more it costs

sounds like alot of work for something that isn't really a big issue....

all i do is kill and they can be a pain in the arse at times, but if ur killing countries that small its time to look for other targets.....
