turn 'em back on. google's serving some malware atm. i just finished cleaning my computer off. qz says they don't have much control over it, since google is teh hooj, and we are teh tiny. which is sensible. hopefully they'll get their act together soon, but this is a driveby install, no click necessary, just an ad that goes HEY HAVE THIS FAKE ANTISPYWARE.

Well, anyone using vista or higher should be prompted with a program trying to run. I was on my neighbors laptop last night and she was on a site with google ad's and it pop'd up to install some fluff similar to this.

well, anyone using a presumably reputable ad service like google ought to not have to worry about it :p either way, adblocks are turned back on and i won't be having the same problem again.
