I guess since it's so damned trendy, here goes:
KA will be enforcing AND accepting the following retal policy for the Jan/Feb 2011 set.
Landgrabs:
1:1
2:3
3:6
4:Kill
Special Attacks (non-retal - GS/BR/AB/Missile/Harmful Ops)
1:3
2:6
3:Kill
2 stepping, land trading, reverse 2 stepping, land dropping:
1:3
2:6
3:Kill
Acceptable forms of retals:
- SS
- PS
- Missile
(yes, we will accept missile retals on a reasonable scale (see land grabs). But if you just try to nuke endlessly until you destroy the land, don't be surprised if we're not so accepting)
All matters not covered by this policy will be dealt with directly by Mars or myself.
Our accepted retal window is 72 hours on land grabs, and any attack on the same country within 24 hours after will be considered a RoR instead of a new attack.
FFAT will NOT serve as an appropriate means of communication for FA with KA. Any posts made by KA members on FFAT are not to be taken as KA's official FA stance, and will not be recognized by KA FA's. Direct contact methods include PM, IRC, and Messengers.
