Does that mean you would also like to be held responsible for him attacking the tag FireNIce? Did you even have countries in the tag when he attacked them?
Not to be a fluff, but since that tag suicided and has a known suicider in it I'd recommend booting the suicider or choose another tag.
I know you didn't have anything to do with it, but m0b has done nothing but suicide/be a dumbass since EE FFA opened and it would be a bit hard for us to just accept that at this point.

Yes m0b was not an angel (and quite possibly is just an idjit and jackass) BUT at this time he now falls under SWORDS and the protection of the entire clan
Call it forgiveness for previous sins - further actions by him will not be tolerated but that is an internal thing.
Further actions against the SWORDS tag WILL result in actions against said aggressors.
Thing is, FirenIce is not a KA tag... unless you guys claim it to be, at the moment its Iceys business, so just claim it as a sub tag of KA, then FS Swords... and VOILA!
Even if they did announce it as a sub-tag - since it wasn't listed prior to actions then that would not be considered a viable reason and Icey shouldn't have his own tag unless he is multi-running anyways.
I'm not opposed to a peaceful solution to this - but I am opposed to any further actions against SWORDS and our tagged countries.
As I stated before in another thread - KA doesn't have any issue with SWORDS as a clan. Our issue is with m0bzta, and for the time being we consider it resolved. If SWORDS would like to make something more of the issue, we welcome the opportunity to amuse ourselves.
We don't intend to hold SWORDS responsible for m0bzta's actions, as they happened before anyone else started tagging up (other than the guy who tag jumped to IMP). However, any future actions taken under the SWORDS tag will now impact the whole tag - which I would suggest informing m0bzta of if you want a peaceful entry into FFA.
