we need twenty (20) countries to dump our missles on.
Each clan can donate one (1) country as a dump for the entire server. Preferably one of ur LOWEST RANK COUNTRIES.
Too many missles in everybodies stockpile, we need a SALT treaty next set.

Why would someone need a missile dump with two days left?

no one wants to end the set with unused missiles :)

More importantly, the stats boards only track missiles launched, not created =]
