if it's last min attack before end of set humanitarians strike you might need to drop a bit - a lot nw to be able to retal and furthermore make your set worse.

why would anyone do this in the first place its a net loss for any attack no matter how much you gain, the only time end of set attacks are worth it is for transferring some stock.
