Oh, I'm gonna have missiles around. Easier to kill the occasional suicider when you can chem them to death. However, I'm also all demos and reps, with military levels more appropriate for netting than warring. If someone mistakes my countries for war countries just because I've got some missiles, then they already planned on hitting us.
