This has been agreed upon by K4F of NBK and Havoc of PAN so that we have a standard policy to keep this war fair. All participants had a rep contacted or PMed about this, not all got back to me. Just so everyone knows, and its fair and even for all parties.

TKO,NBK and PAN as police will police on the following rules:
-Restarts that hit untagged have 24 hours to tag up, or they will be killed.
-Any countries receiving outside FA will be killed by police.
-Any outside countries FAing into the war will be killed by police.
-Standard retal policy applies to all other hits.
-Anything else will be handled through FA in good faith to keep this war fair.

Lets keep this war fair and good luck to both sides!
