Apologies to both tags, but why do both of you want at least one of each gov in your string of countries?

The amount of extra work and time involved with having all govs would make it more work than fun.

Running them different or all the same?

Maybe practice or a perfect way to hide.

If new players, they might consider a couple Monarchs a viable option or choice for Govt in their "at least one of each" strat.
