ANd mrford- If i self farm or not, i will grab my retallers. Do you concider that the same for the list you are making? Just curious. Getting land from retaller bback to other country self framing or no?

i personally do not consider that the same, but im not asking for a list of individuals, im talking about a clan policy here

I don't consider grabbing retallers self farming either, if the grabs are intended to get the land to the country that was originally hit.

I don't do it, but I wouldn't begrudge someone else if they did that.

Wait till the IMPs and Swords start grabbing you with countries that NW are less then the NW of your tech.... you gotta do somethign to keep your retallers NW low lol
