Congrats on surviving. The other guy fled the scene, eh? Did he leave his car? Or any other form of Identification? Usually the stupid people who do things like this will screw up and leave a license plate, or something like it attached to a bumper which may have fallen off, etc.

he had dealer plates so we cant find out who it was....but we could sue the corporation the plates are under. but the guy gets away with it, major ARG!!

Vegeta: Yes, the corporation is responsible, but you can probably get a much larger settlement out of them. They will in turn sue the pants off the guy that hit you.
