Any board game enthusiasts in here? I've recently gotten into Arcs, a space combat/economics/politics game, it's really fantastic. There's basically three separate games with the base game, the advanced game, and then the expansion. Incredibly well thought out, conveys the feeling of fighting over something vast and chaotic. Can't recommend it enough. I play lots of board games so I don't make this recommendation lightly. Not for dabblers, this is a hardcore gamer's game.

Risk is always good but I think axis and allies is a bit better
