Seems as though there is a restriction on where a new member can post.
I cannot reply, or create posts in a few sections, and I was wondering if this is resolved by post count or some other means.

I would like to respond to the Android Programming thread in the Q&A forum..
I took a quick peak in the Announcements thread as well as the rules, but was only able to find rules about not being a complete fluff on the forums which should be common-sense. (Oh, and no death threats... darn)

surprisingly enough both of those do indeed need to be said, and often more than twice. :P

it is a post counter. im not quite sure what the number is, but its somewhere betweem 10 and 20 i think. spam a bonus thread or something and create away.

I did not know if it was a post count, or If I needed admin approval or some kind of group.
