doc mario causes more rise on bloodpressure than tetris.

Tetris doesn't really ever cause higher bloodpressure due to stress, but it might due to overtaxing of your eyes. Usually I'm almost woozy after playing Tetris if I play solo because by the end, the game is so fast and so intense, I don't really blink. :(

Back in college about 10 years ago, some friends and I dusted off the old Nintendo and fired up Dr. Mario. I was never very good at Tetris, but I grew up with Dr. Mario as a family favorite, so I knew I would be solid. I expected my roommate to excel at Dr. Mario - an opinion I formulated mostly by watching him outright dominate at Tetris. As it turned out he was the worst of us at Dr. Mario.

All this made a rather interesting study on the differences between spatial and color scheme pattern recognition, I thought. I have published a paper on it in the Harvard Journal of Medicinal Stuff. I'm also currently touring the country as a member of the semi-professional Dr. Mario exhibition league, and I'm looking forward to the upcoming Olympic qualifiers, where I am an assistant coach and offensive defensive coordinator.
