I have a credit card or a debit Mastercard.

I have more money than I can spend. What I don't have is a murcan address. Roku 4k tv bit my place of residence is racist against me.

Why will pbs not take my money and give me documentaries in return?

Ok so that is potentially helpful. But I've tried before and it asks where I live I say canada and they tell me I'm not allowed.

Why does pbs refuse money from people who enjoy murcan history? why, of all people, is pbs prejudiced against foreigners?

I offer them money and they say canadian dollars don't spend?

Vermont ot new Hampshire I believe and even then a residence in Quebec. Maybe Maine.

Why can I not spend 14 dollars a month? I can write off payments to the david a Koch foundation, but Barry apologized to the world and I believe I get to pay for pbs. I'm not asking for free- they refuse to get paid?

Through the pbs app, but my roku has my credit card information saved.
