Unfortunately the west Texas oil boom has pretty much ground to a halt, but you would have loved the music. Some of the best young musicians I've ever heard pouring their hearts out from Fort Stockton to Carlsbad for 4 years. I figure now that the boom has become a bust a lot of these kids will be getting record deals and start getting ruined by Nashville.
