After updating my policy with my insurance:
"Is there anything we could improve about our website?"
Yes. The pop up for the survey is too small and the text over runs on the right side. Please walk down the hall and kick your QA person in the shin.
"Can we do anything to improve your experience with xxxxxxxx?"
Yes. Lower my rates, go get me some tacos, and pop this zit on my back for me.
