I'm personally glad to hear this, after filing a complaint against them with the AZ board of post secondary education and filing one with Veterans Affairs back in 2014 for the same allegations they were closed down for. They dismissed my case back than only to close them for the same exact reasons. I kept all of my documentation and I have the recordings of the hearings saved on discs. I wonder if that might be enough to have my money refunded to me. If anyone has any serious advice I would like to hear it. My main problem is that I quit going after the hearings due to no proper remedy, so I left back in 2014. However, it appears that the government kept their own investigation going after closing mine. Any advice would be appreciated. Pm's are fine too.

I'm sure there's a way to get reconciled for the costs of going there. I know there was a suit against some of the online colleges that were shut down...a lot of students got their debt wiped out because of it. Contact a lawyer would be your best option at this point

Can't believe they lasted this long

So after speaking with the VA it appears that none of the money will be refunded to the veterans because ITT Tech has no money left. After the Government pulled it's funding and pulled GI Bill benefits as a source of income for them. They are filing for Bankruptcy. VA said that we are not indebted to the school or VA but those funds that were used are considered funds spent. She than informed me that I still had two months left that I could use of GI Bill money, so I asked her what I supposed to do with two months "Take a basket weaving class" the old bich laughed and that about concluded our call.
