Is there a maximum amount of money my country can have? I remember back in the day it was around $2bil. But I don't know if this has been fixed.

there is no cap, but if you go over 2 billion there is a penalty that gets higher and higher for the more money you have. but you are only penlized for each turn you take

as long as you dont spend a turn you can sit on 20 billion or whatever

there is a cap, but it is massive, something over the trillions, you dont need to worry about it

mrford's wiki article explains it best, but I'll highlight one thing: it is money BEYOND $2 billion that is subject to decay. So if you run a turn at 2.1B, it's hardly a punishment. If you run a turn at 20B, you're throwing away a significant portion of cash.

And if you're an intelligent Casher, your Decay is at 0 (100% decay mitigation)due to your use of Bonus Points and you can run as many turns as you like near the end of a round o matter HOW much money you're sitting on. :)

How many bonus points are needed for that?
