I dunno - wasn't Utopia's user base like 5x what Earth's was towards the end? There's something to be said for better ROI.

For earth we knew almost all the formulae and were very familiar with the game, yet it still took a ton of work; we'd need to clear a few things off our plates before we got into another project...
