So we are just coming to the end of our Bball season here in aus, and over in south aus, the coach of the Adelaide 36'ers was let go at season end, after they crashed out of the race to the finals pretty hard.
In leaving, Joey Wright (the coach), came out and accused 4 of the team's players (their 3 imports, Eric Griffin, Jerome Randle and Ramone Moore, and a local forward Harry Froling), of "not wanting to play for him" all season, and basically pissing on half the team as well. Kevin White, the co captain has since come out on twitter, including releasing a message that Wright has admitted he sent to the coaching group whatsapp, about how those 4 players should "hang themselves" when it was brought to his attention that they had done poorly on their wellness scores by another one of the coaching group.
White admitted to it, and has gone on to admit that it wasn't appropriate, but now lash out claiming that the co captain shouldn't have rteleased it, and that it was leaked to the players by a disgruntled member of the coaching staff.
Randle and Griffin had an interview with Fox sports, where they've basically tried not to fluff on wright too hard, but instead defend themselves.

At this stage, I'm inclined to believe white and co's version of events, partly because Wright admitted to the message, and partly because White had nothing to gain from standing up for those players to start with. the story from White's end is pretty messed up, discussing some of the pre game talks etc.
