They should target "standing" units like turrets that don't move. Targetting other units such as jets, troops and tanks is kinda stupid in the final analysis IMO.

Originally the EM destroyed a nice chunk of the victim's technology... but it was deemed too powerful or ineffective at killing a country. Back before it became the Cruise Missile, it was the Electromagnetic Missile. :P
I can't do that, because the user explicitly typed in "4.1m" in the textbox, which means the number that the computer has to interpret is "4.1", followed by a "m".
