I don't think you have to be considered elite to just not suck at war these days. For example, you all have been missiling a C/I that isn't really taking any damage from your missiles that participating in a KR or cashing a few turns won't fix.

tell me wise one, what do you suggest that a $1.5m NW 3rd restart and a $2m NW 4th restart hit? that pathetic country that had 3 months of turns is the only thing that is in range for us restarts who decided to finish out the set.
