If it is not a retal, then is it an act of war? If so, then declare war on LaF. If it is not an act of war, then LaF is justified in retalling any attacks done by MKR or MKRWlvs on #51.
If you kill in retaliation, then you need to alter your retal policy to state that the 48 hour retal window applies only to the first and 2nd hits, and that the 48 hour retal window does not apply if the offending country hits more than twice.
I am not setting MKR policy. You were the ones who stated there was a 48 hour retal window, not me. If you wish to rescind the 48 hour retal window, feel free to do so.
