They are back. All servers at the time of my post, Google Chrome. windows XP.
lolz. They are the circles that you check off to the left of Troops, jets..... Military, Medical etc... since they were not there, I thought they were boxes. :-P
Anyway they are back, I was just couldn't proceed with any orders when I needed. I'll live. ;-)
