1:1 on the first hit (assuming L:L is not needed).
1:1 on the second hit.
3:1 or Death on the third hit. We will choose at our discretion!

**Note** If a retal can not be taken because a country is purposely put into DR's, the country causing the original country to go into DR's will receive the retal instead. If there is more than one country involve, it will be under the discretion of the retaler who gets the retal!

We take L:L on top feeds (a top feed is if the attacking country has LESS land than the defending country BEFORE the attack). L:L is complete if 90% or more of the lost land is taken back.

L:L is defined as 25% more land. So if an 8k country attacks a 10k country, this is the limit for not top feed.

Hitting a MKR warring tag could result in the killing of your country instead of the intended Kill Target. It is the responsibility of each leader to inform it members on embassy issues!

We recognize a retal window of 48 hours. Multiple hits extend this window 48h after last hit. 3 simultaneous attacks will extend this window to 72 hours!

MKR will accept missle retals.

MKR doesnt support cross tag retals!

All MKR tags will have MKR in their tag name. If there is a tag without MKR in tag name it will be posted in the forums no later than 3 days after set starts!

Note:If your country is killed by MKR and you threaten MKR with your restart then your restart will be killed again if threat is carried out.
