Problem with dict is that I'm not sure what strat it would play.
Indy might seem natural, but for a dict to match that +35% commie bonus you'd need so much more land. Farmer makes sense, fascist bonus is only 15%, but I don't think farmer is powerful enough for non-dem govs. Tech MAYBE, but I'd rather do a tyranny techer if I'm going for bizarre. Casher is out of the question.
