Considering that "air" is generally 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 0.033% carbon dioxide, a scrubber wouldn't really be needed would it? even is you remove the nitrogen and change the ratio of the remaining gases, it is still knly around 0.16% CO2. Only in closed recycling systems are scrubbers needed.
