RON PAUL RAN WAS THE LIBERTARIAN CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT MANY YEARS AGO. SINCE THEN HE HAS STATED THAT HE BELIEVES THE BEST CHANCE FOR RESTORING LIBERTY IN AMERICA IS TO WORK WITHIN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, TO CHANGE IT. THIS IS ONE OF A VERY FEW ISSUES UPON WHICH I DISAGREE WITH HIM.

DON'T FORGET APATHY AND GENERAL LAZINESS. ADD IN GREED FOR THE QUESTIONS THAT RELATE TO "WHY DO POLITICIANS DO _X_?" AND I THINK IT JUST ABOUT FILLS OUT THE LIST.
