After concluding our internal hiring process, the following positions have been posted externally.

RECRUITMENT MANAGER

This individual possesses significant knowledge of the game's past, including major events, alliances, and players. A successful candidate will have a comprehensive contact list of players who have left the game, and would be willing to use this list to draw these players back to Omega. The Recruiting Manager would also be responsible for seeing out untagged players and new players using a variety of resources including, but not limited to, ingame messages, Alliance Talk, and Facebook. This person would work closely with the Marketing Manager and would report directly to the Minister of Human Resources

MARKETING MANAGER

The ideal marketing manager would have a strong personality and a passion for The Omega which would be used to attract other users. This individual will be responsible for creating a unique Omega brand and flooding the marketplace with it. Through the marketing manager's efforts, there should not be a single person playing Earth Empires, on any server, who is not aware of The Omega, our history, our triumphs, and our vision for the future. This individual would work closely with the Recruitment Manager and would report directly to the Minister of Human Resources.

WAR LEADER

The Omega is an alliance that prides itself on its ability to use diplomacy before aggression. The War Leader would therefore be in charge of organizing and leading kill runs and other such measures against suiciders, etc. In the rare event that The Omega finds itself at war, the War Leader would lead warchats, train others in leading warchats, and assist the war effort as a role model and example for the rest of the members. This individual should have significant experience in previous wars and should have shown success in leading warchats for at least 3-5 resets.

We are able to offer a competitive compensation package that is commensurate on your qualifications. At the very least, you will be entitled to a signing bonus in the form of an FA package that can be negotiated upon your signing. You will also have access to all of our strategies and formulas, (all of which you could probably also access if you were a member of LaF, SoF, RD, MD etc. but forget about that).
