You'll also lower your own pool of grab targets and increase the networth gap and lower your gains. You may make it harder for him to networth match and get as big a gain on his retal though.

He can make almost 10m jets a day though. With the PS bonus you'd have to buy 15m turrets a day to keep running.

edit: of course he has to sell units to keep running those turns, but still, he'll make the hit.
