I refuse to live in a state where drinking in a non-motorized watercraft (tubes/canoes/kayaks) is illegal. You're only a danger to yourself. I also believe if you're over the age of 18 you're old enough to decide if your should wear a seat belt or not. Just last week we had a girl killed in a car crash. She was sitting in a middle seat that only had a lap belt. She was killed by internal bleeding caused by the belt.
