Same if I choose to. 307 turns taken, 200 c-sites, $7m on hand and food for 42 turns on hand, 23k tech. Non-cashing income is $666k so $666k * 20 + 7m = 20m / 2400 = 8500 tech + 23k tech = 31.5k tech, with left over food on 4 fewer turns despite being hit.
