I cant agree with that, because thats a two way street, I hit lots of people with weapons tech and dont bonuce when I don't over calculate their breaks. Say im hitting a guy with 107% weapons, I calculate allie boost + (player im attacking × his weapons) then ÷3) 3 and multiple by 1.1 I only fail a handful of grabs not enough for me to think their weapons tech is failing me.
