and yeah bill can't say it was coordination or he'll be deleted but it was definitely a rage "who is this guy who hit my ally?!!" spy op and attack. too bad his ally is now farmland, lol.

oh, and one indication it WAS coordinated is that the other country had retaled Imaginary, Black Pearl, and Break It Down Again earlier. so bill probably got confirmation that the ally could not make the retal this time before attacking
