As I look at it, 2877 gets whatever ESD's retal policies are for 2 hits in 24 hours, be it 3 retals. The others would get 1 retal each. Looks like a 1a policy, and we all know they fixed their policies to benefit themselves any way they can. Its pretty stupid, and I dont want to see their policies drag over here.
