Do you understand what civil disobedience is? Like, you understand it was illegal for Rosa Parks to sit in the whites only section, correct?
Could she be arrested for it, absolutely. Should she be beaten and attacked for it? Should the police pass her judgement and punishment, not a court of law? I'd think not. That's not how our democracy works.
Sometimes in civil disobedience you can get in trouble for breaking the law. But it's not up to the police to decide my punishment.
