Alliance is driven by the politics of the Clans themselves, he who holds the bigger stick makes the rules son. Also whats the difference between 0 and 5 even 10m turrets? Both can easily be broken mid set anyways so why waste the money to do so? Suiciders are gonna hit no matter the defence if they are set out to kill.
