Looks good to me... build up your empty spaces and maximize agr. tech, then bus, res and military for optimal growth... if u dont need money in a hurry try to sell on the public market.. otherwise military tech is essential to get paid for food

I don't think your economy is strong enough to be spending so much money on warfare tech. I would keep spending money on bus/res/agri techs, especially since you're going to be putting the strain on your economy of a good SPAL, and food & tech prices indicate that it will be very difficult to maintain your techs while growing.
