Well I didn't unload my oil at the peak. Will have to get it gone and get the rigs torn down and industrial sites built

If I could make a few suggestions.

1) Specialize your buildings. If you are going to be researching, you don't need enterprise zones, residences, military bases, farms or oil rigs.
2) Sell some of your tech every day on the public market to fund your growth and military.
3) Typically you will want a BPT of 50 or higher. So build more construction sites.
4) Only research technologies that sell for the highest price. Typically bus/res/industrial/weapons/agri/military are the ones to focus on.

Thanks, I destroyed all my research labs and am now building tanks. I think in the next set I will go industrial, and buy massive amounts of oil to sell into te shortage at the end of the reset.

It seems better to buy the tech and spend the turns exploring and building.
