calling some1 homo ingame might lead to deletion (when mickster modded it didn't on 1st time) so i guess 1st time would lead to warning and 2nd to deletion.

Depends on the context of the conversation tbh. I get weird stuff reported to me in tourney all the time and haven't deleted for it yet. Telling someone you are going to farm their country isn't grounds for deletion.
