what server? gdi varies between soloservers and money stealing isn't exactly harmful unlike cd, sr, etc.

however if you are in GDI and they do anything other then spy/spy on military/spy on market more than twice they have broken GDI as if they have hit you 2x.

50-200% your nw= your GDI range in alliance, team, tournament and FFA

12.5-800% your nw= your Humanitarian-free range in tournament

25-400% your nw= your Humanitarian-free range in primary

8.3333333-1200% your nw= your Humanitarian-free range in alliance, express, ffa and team

thats everything you need to know.

Primary and express has no range for GDI as it works completely differently

The messages you get when you are not allowed to send an attack are different for humanitarians vs GDI, so read them.

Just an extra note since some do not know this:

2 attacks can mean:
1 SS/PS & 1 harmful spy op.
