I thought it was 14%, but when i went monarchy at end of alliance i lost 40%. How do i know what percentage I'll lose be4 i switch? Is it universal on all servers?

it says on the page you switch what the loss will be

goes from 14 to 39%

most of the time people switch they are either smaller than 14% or way above 39% so you dont really need to know

So it's strictly based on your nw? Do you know the range of nw when it goes from 14%-39%?

Ex- 10m it starts rising over 14% to 30m where it caps at 39%

Does govt change lose a percentage of literally everything? Military / Cash / Food / Tech / Oil / Land??

Thanks i guess I knew not land so don't know why I put that...cash was the one I wasn't 100% on.
